We are looking for a Vehicle Integration Engineer with strong experience in CATIA V5 and a background in automotive Sheet Metal and/or Plastic components. The candidate will be responsible for vehicle-level integration, interface management and resolution of integration issues across various vehicle systems.

Key Responsibilities:

- Perform vehicle-level integration of automotive components and systems.

- Work with CATIA V5 for 3D model review, assembly and integration activities.

- Integrate Sheet Metal and Plastic components at vehicle level.

- Verify component interfaces, mounting points and connections between different systems.

- Perform clearance and interference checks and identify integration issues.

- Analyze and resolve clash/interference issues between components.

- Review 3D models and engineering drawings to ensure proper vehicle integration.

- Coordinate with BIW, Interior, Exterior, Chassis, Powertrain and Electrical teams for integration-related activities.





- Support design changes and assess their impact on surrounding vehicle components.

- Participate in design and integration reviews and track open issues to closure.

- Ensure compliance with applicable design standards, engineering specifications and integration requirements.

- Prepare and maintain integration-related documentation and reports.

Required Skills:

- Strong hands-on experience in CATIA V5.

- Experience with automotive Sheet Metal and/or Plastic components.

- Solid understanding of vehicle-level integration.

- Good knowledge of automotive components, systems and their interfaces.

- Experience in DMU, assembly, clearance and interference checking.

- Good understanding of engineering drawings and GD&T;.

- Ability to identify and resolve vehicle-level integration issues.

- Good coordination and communication skills with cross-functional teams.
