Job Title: Venue Operations Manager

We are looking for an experienced Venue Operations Manager to manage the day-to-day operations of a sports venue.

Responsibilities

Manage daily venue operations and ensure smooth functioning.

Lead and manage venue staff and support teams.

Handle customer experience, bookings, events and venue activities.

Coordinate with vendors, maintenance and facility teams.

Ensure safety, cleanliness and proper maintenance of the venue.

Monitor operational performance and resolve day-to-day issues.

Support sports events, tournaments and other venue activities.

Requirements

4–7 years of experience in venue operations, sports operations, facility management, hospitality or a similar field.

Strong team management and communication skills.

Valuable customer service and problem-solving abilities.

Experience managing vendors, facilities and events.

Candidates with experience in sports clubs, fitness centres or sports facilities will be preferred.

Willingness to work weekends and holidays as required.
