The Role

Atisfy is looking for a creative and detail-oriented UX Writer to shape intuitive and engaging product experiences through content. This role is pivotal in crafting clear, concise, and context-aware copy across digital interfaces, ensuring alignment with our brand voice while elevating usability.

The ideal candidate is passionate about user-centered design and content strategy, and can seamlessly collaborate across disciplines to deliver seamless user experiences.

What You’ll Do

Content Strategy & Execution

- Develop content strategies that enhance product usability and accessibility, ensuring a seamless user experience.
- Write explicit and user-centric content for UI elements such as buttons, labels, tooltips, error messages, onboarding flows, emails, help articles, push notifications, and in-app communications.
- Align content strategies with broader business objectives, leveraging data and user insights to drive decisions and improve overall product performance.

Project Ownership & Collaboration
- Lead UX Writing projects from concept through implementation, ensuring alignment with brand voice and user experience goals.
- Collaborate closely with UX designers, Product Managers, Data Scientists, and other stakeholders throughout all stages of design to ensure the best possible user experience.




- Advocate for users’ needs during feature prioritization and design processes, ensuring content solutions support the overall product vision.
- Provide thoughtful feedback to leadership on content-related decisions, offering insights that align with both user needs and business goals.

Research, Governance & Optimization
- Create and maintain writing, voice, and tone guidelines for both product (Atisfyre and Atisfyreach) and marketing teams.
- Develop empathy maps, user journeys, and content templates to improve user engagement.
- Perform user experience audits to identify areas for improvement in content and overall usability.
- Conduct competitive research and analysis to inform content decisions and stay up to date with industry best practices.

What You Bring

- Bachelor’s degree in English, Journalism, Communications, HCI, UX, or a related field.
- 3–5+ years of experience as a UX Writer, Content Strategist, or in a related role within digital product environments.
- A strong portfolio showcasing UX writing samples across multiple platforms (web, mobile, apps, etc.).
- Deep understanding of UX design principles, design systems, and human-centered design methodologies.
- Ability to translate complex concepts into simple, digestible language.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with high attention to detail.

Bonus Points

- Experience working on SaaS products or platforms serving creators, marketers, or enterprise users.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma or similar.
- Familiarity with analytics tools (e.g., Mixpanel, Hotjar) to measure content performance.
- Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG) and inclusive writing practices.
- Experience with localization and internationalization.
