Tharamani
- Clean and sanitize kitchen floors, walls, workstations, and food preparation areas.
- Wash and sanitize pots, pans, utensils, trays, plates, and other kitchen equipment.
- Operate dishwashing machines and ensure proper cleaning procedures are followed.
- Assist with cleaning kitchen machinery and equipment as instructed.
- Collect, segregate, and dispose of kitchen waste according to hygiene procedures.
- Maintain cleanliness in garbage rooms, washing areas, and storage spaces.
- Ensure cleaning chemicals are used and stored safely.
- Follow food safety, personal hygiene, and workplace safety standards.
- Replenish cleaning supplies and report shortages to the supervisor.
- Assist the stewarding team during busy kitchen operations and special events.
- Perform other duties assigned by the Stewarding Supervisor.
Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
