About the Role

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented UX/UI Designer with 3+ years of relevant experience to design intuitive, engaging, and user-friendly digital experiences across web and mobile applications.

The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in Figma, UI/UX design, responsive web design, HTML5, CSS3, and jQuery, along with a good understanding of user-centric design principles. The candidate will work closely with Product, Development, QA, and Business teams to transform user and business requirements into effective digital experiences.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

- Conduct user research to understand user needs, pain points, business requirements, and product objectives.
- Create user flows, information architecture, wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes.
- Design intuitive, visually appealing, and user-friendly interfaces for web and mobile applications.
- Develop responsive front-end layouts using HTML5, CSS3, and jQuery.
- Translate UI/UX designs into responsive and functional front-end interfaces while maintaining design consistency.
- Work extensively with Figma, design systems, reusable components, typography, colors, icons, and visual guidelines.
- Ensure designs follow responsive design, usability, and accessibility standards.
- Conduct usability testing and incorporate user feedback to continuously improve the product experience.
- Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Developers, QA teams, and Business stakeholders throughout the product lifecycle.
- Prepare design specifications, assets, component guidelines, and developer handoff documentation.
- Review implemented screens and ensure pixel-perfect alignment with approved designs.




- Identify and troubleshoot UI issues related to HTML, CSS, and jQuery, working closely with developers to resolve them.
- Maintain visual consistency across products and platforms by following established design systems and guidelines.
- Stay updated with emerging UI/UX trends, design tools, usability practices, and responsive design standards.

Required Skills

- 3+ years of relevant experience in UI/UX Design.
- Strong proficiency in Figma and modern UI/UX design practices.
- Hands-on knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, and jQuery.
- Strong understanding of responsive and mobile-first design.
- Experience creating wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and high-fidelity UI designs.
- Good understanding of usability, accessibility, typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy.
- Experience working with design systems and reusable UI components.
- Ability to convert designs into responsive front-end layouts.
- Good understanding of cross-browser compatibility and UI troubleshooting.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Good attention to detail with a focus on delivering high-quality, pixel-perfect designs.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- BE / BCA / MCA from a recognized institution.
- 3+ years of relevant UI/UX Design experience.
- Candidates with experience designing web and mobile applications will be preferred.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating UI/UX projects and problem-solving capabilities.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Candidates who can join within a short notice period would be preferred.
