Overall purpose

This is an exciting senior hybrid role supporting strategic Salesforce

Health Cloud initiatives across Cigna International Health Delivery

Services (IHDS) - Transformation Office.

As part of the Cigna IH Customer, Client and Provider Experience team,

the User Acceptance Testing (UAT) Senior Analyst - Salesforce Health

Cloud & Automation, reporting to the Transformation Office UAT Lead,

will combine functional UAT leadership, business engagement and quality governance with hands-on technical contribution to test automation and

AI-enabled testing.

The successful candidate will work closely with Product Owners, Business

SMEs, clients, Technology, QA, Scrum and Delivery teams to ensure that business requirements, customer journeys, integrations and release outcomes are thoroughly validated from an end-user perspective. The role will primarily support Salesforce Health Cloud and its connected enterprise services.

This position operates in a fast-moving Agile workplace. The successful candidate must be comfortable managing multiple concurrent priorities, working to demanding delivery timelines, maintaining a high level of commitment and accountability, and representing the UAT team confidently and professionally in project and governance forums.

The role will also support the automation assets from approved tools and frameworks, including Cursor with Vista and Microsoft Copilot capabilities, while ensuring appropriate human review, traceability,

security and responsible use of AI for agile CI/CD improvement based on best practices.

- Review and challenge business requirements, user | |

stories and acceptance criteria to ensure | |

with customer expectations. | |

- Design and execute end-to-end business-focused | |

test scenarios covering Salesforce Health Cloud | |

functionality, customer journeys, business | |

processes, integrations and downstream impacts. | |

- Assess the impact of new releases, platform | |

changes and cross-team dependencies, identifying | |

risks and ensuring appropriate test coverage. | |

- Work closely with Product Owners, Business | |

Analysts, SMEs, Developers and QA teams to | |

investigate issues, clarify requirements and | |

support timely resolution of defects. | |

- Communicate testing progress, risks, | |

dependencies, quality concerns and release | |

recommendations to both business and technology | |

stakeholders. | |

- Support and mentor SMEs and business testers, | |

ensuring testing activities are executed | |

consistently and evidence is captured | |

- Support and drive the migration of automation | |

Qualification / professional / technical skills and knowledge |

Professional Experience & Business Leadership |

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience. |

- 7+ years of experience in UAT, Quality Assurance, Business |

Testing or Quality Engineering. |

- Proven experience working directly with Product Owners, SMEs, |

business stakeholders and cross-functional delivery teams. |

- Strong experience leading UAT planning, execution, defect |

management, release readiness and business sign-off activities. |

- Experience working within Agile delivery environments |

(Scrum/SAFe preferred). |

- 5+ Salesforce testing or delivery experience, with Health Cloud |

experience strongly preferred. |

- Experience validating end-to-end business processes, |

integrations, APIs and enterprise applications. |

- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, facilitation |

and problem-solving skills. |

- Ability to manage multiple priorities, work under pressure and |

confidently represent the UAT function in business and |

technology forums. |

Automation, AI & Technical Capability |

- 5+ years of experience developing or maintaining automated tests |

for enterprise applications. |

- Knowledge of automation frameworks such as AccelQ, Selenium or |

equivalent solutions. |

- Exposure to AI-enabled tools such as Cursor, Vista, Microsoft |

Copilot or similar platforms. |

- Understanding of automation strategy, regression testing, test |

data management and root-cause analysis. |

- Ability to perform impact analysis and understand technical |

dependencies across connected systems. |

- Working knowledge of Jira, Confluence, Zephyr and CI/CD |

concepts. |

- Strong of DevOps, Shift-Left Testing, Quality Engineering, and |

Continuous Improvement Practices |

- Ability to evaluate AI-generated outputs critically and apply |

appropriate governance and quality controls. |

- Technically curious, proactive and committed to continuous |

improvement and innovation. |
