US IT Recruiter

Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and experienced US IT Recruiter to join our recruitment team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and recruiting IT professionals for various US-based clients and managing the recruitment process from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities

- Source qualified IT candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, internal databases, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
- Understand client requirements and effectively search for suitable candidates.
- Screen candidates based on technical skills, experience, location, work authorization, and job requirements.
- Conduct initial candidate interviews and assess candidates' suitability for the position.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients.
- Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Negotiate compensation rates and assist with offer closures.




- Maintain and update candidate information in the ATS/Recruitment database.
- Meet daily and monthly recruitment targets.
- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future requirements.
- Follow up with candidates regarding interviews, offers, onboarding, and joining.
- Work according to US staffing processes and timelines.

Required Skills
- Valuable knowledge of US IT Staffing / Recruitment.
- Strong understanding of US job market and IT technologies.
- Hands-on experience with Boolean Search, LinkedIn, job portals, and ATS.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and candidate management skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet recruitment targets.
- Comfortable working in a night shift / US shift.

Experience 01 to 04 years of experience in US IT Recruitment
