Job Summary:

The US Tax Analyst is responsible for analyzing tax information, performing tax research, supporting tax compliance and planning activities, and assisting senior professionals in managing US tax engagements.

Key Responsibilities:

- Analyze financial and tax information for US individual and business taxpayers.

- Assist in preparation and review of federal and state tax returns.

- Perform detailed tax research and prepare research summaries.

- Analyze tax implications of various transactions.

- Prepare tax calculations, reconciliations, schedules, and workpapers.

- Review financial statements and trial balances for tax purposes.

- Analyze permanent and temporary book-to-tax differences.

- Assist with tax provision and tax planning activities, where applicable.

- Research IRS regulations, notices, rulings, and other relevant tax guidance.

- Assist in responding to IRS and state tax notices.

- Track tax filing deadlines and compliance requirements.

- Identify potential tax risks and discrepancies.





- Prepare management reports and tax-related analyses.

- Coordinate with US-based clients and senior tax professionals.

- Maintain accurate documentation and audit trails.

- Support process improvements and automation initiatives.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, Taxation, or related field.

- 2–6 years of relevant US tax experience.

- Strong knowledge of US federal and state taxation.

- Knowledge of individual and/or business taxation.

- Solid analytical and research skills.

- Advanced MS Excel skills.

- Experience with US tax software is preferred.

- Ability to interpret tax regulations and apply them to practical situations.

- Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
