Job Title: Manager – MIS & Financial Reporting

Location: India- Noida

Job Summary:

We are seeking a Manager – MIS & Financial Reporting India and US Staffing to lead financial reporting, business analytics, and management information systems. The role will be responsible for delivering accurate financial insights, developing dashboards, driving reporting automation, and supporting strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the preparation and analysis of monthly, quarterly, and annual MIS reports.
- Monitor financial performance, budgets, forecasts, and key business metrics.
- Analyze revenue, margins, costs, and profitability trends and provide actionable insights.
- Develop and maintain management dashboards and automated reporting solutions.
- Ensure data accuracy, reconciliation, and compliance with reporting standards.
- Collaborate with Finance, Business,



and Leadership teams for performance reviews and planning.
- Identify process improvement opportunities and drive reporting efficiency.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or related field.
- 7-12 years of experience in MIS, financial reporting, FP&A;, or business finance.
- Robust expertise in Advanced Excel, Power BI, and financial analysis.
- Sound understanding of budgeting, forecasting, and financial statements.
- Excellent stakeholder management, analytical, and leadership skills.

Preferred Skills:

- Experience in reporting automation and business intelligence tools.
- Knowledge of ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or similar platforms.
- Prior experience leading MIS/reporting teams and supporting senior leadership reporting.
