We are looking for detail-oriented professionals to join our Property & Casualty (P&C;) Insurance Claims Semi-Voice Process at our client location. The role involves handling insurance claims, reviewing policy and claim information, coordinating with customers/insurance teams, and providing accurate resolutions through voice and non-voice channels.

Key Responsibilities

Handle Property & Casualty insurance claims through voice and non-voice channels.

Review and validate claim details, policy information and supporting documents.

Communicate with customers, insurance representatives, adjusters and other stakeholders.

Follow up on claim status, documentation and pending requirements.

Assist with FNOL (First Notice of Loss) and claim-related updates.

Review claims for completeness and identify missing or incorrect information.

Update claim details accurately in internal systems/CRM.

Process claim-related emails, documentation and case updates.

Escalate complex claims or exceptions to the appropriate team.

Follow insurance guidelines, process policies, quality standards and data-security requirements.

Maintain required quality, productivity, AHT and SLA targets.

Candidate Requirements

Experience in P&C; Insurance, Claims Processing, General Insurance, Healthcare/Banking Operations or International BPO preferred.

Good written and verbal English communication.





Basic understanding of insurance terminology.

Strong analytical and documentation skills.

Valuable typing and computer skills.

Ability to work with multiple systems and applications.

Good attention to detail and problem-solving ability.

Comfortable working in rotational shifts.

Education: Undergraduate / Graduate.

Experience: Minimum 1+ years in P&C;

Knowledge of insurance claims process

CTC: LPA 4 LPA to 5 LPA
