What We’re Looking For

? 2–6 years of US Recruitment experience

? Strong experience sourcing and screening technical/engineering candidates

? Excellent understanding of engineering and skilled-trade job requirements

? Strong Boolean search and sourcing skills

? Experience with LinkedIn, Dice, Indeed and other recruiting platforms





? Ability to handle multiple requirements and work in a fast-paced setting

? Strong communication and candidate management skills

? Experience with contract, contract-to-hire and direct-hire positions is a plus

What You’ll Do:

? Source, screen & connect top U.S. talent

? Recruit for Engineering and Government Domains

? Collaborate with Account Managers to close strategic roles

? Devise creative recruiting strategies

? Evaluate candidates & negotiate offers

? Build lasting relationships with clients & teams
