About the Role

TrueBlue is seeking an experienced and results-driven US Recruiter to join our talent acquisition team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in end-to-end US recruitment, strong sourcing capabilities, and a proven track record of hiring technology professionals across various skill sets and employment types.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for US-based positions.
- Source, screen,



evaluate, and submit qualified candidates through job boards, databases, referrals, and networking platforms.
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and hiring needs.
- Conduct initial candidate assessments and coordinate interviews.
- Negotiate compensation, employment terms, and facilitate offer rollouts.
- Maintain a strong pipeline of active and passive candidates.
- Ensure compliance with US recruitment processes and client requirements.
- Track recruiting metrics and maintain candidate records in ATS.
- Build and maintain relationships with candidates, vendors, and hiring managers.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- 3-8 years of experience in US Recruitment.
- Hands-on experience with sourcing tools including Dice, LinkedIn Recruiter, Monster, CareerBuilder, and Indeed.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience supporting enterprise clients or MSP/VMS-based hiring.
- Ability to work in a quick-paced, target-driven environment.
- Strong networking and talent-mapping skills.
