Job Summary The US Payroll Associate will be responsible for processing payroll for US employees, maintaining payroll records, performing payroll calculations and reconciliations, and supporting federal and state payroll tax compliance.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

- Process weekly, biweekly, semi-monthly, and monthly US payroll.
- Maintain employee payroll information and payroll records.
- Calculate:
- Regular wages
- Overtime
- Bonuses
- Commissions
- Deductions
- Reimbursements
- Paid time off
- Calculate federal, state, and local payroll taxes.
- Assist with payroll tax deposits and filings.
- Understand and work with Form 941, Form 940, W-2, W-3 and applicable state payroll filings.
- Maintain employee withholding information, including W-4 information.
- Reconcile payroll registers with the general ledger and bank records.
- Review payroll reports for errors and discrepancies.
- Assist with year-end payroll processing and W-2 preparation.
- Coordinate payroll-related information with HR and accounting teams.




- Respond to employee and client payroll queries.
- Maintain payroll documentation and supporting records.
- Assist with payroll audits and tax notices.
- Monitor federal, state, and local payroll compliance requirements.
- Maintain confidentiality of employee compensation and personal information.

Payroll Software Experience with any of the following is preferred:
- ADP
- Paychex
- Gusto
- QuickBooks Payroll
- Rippling
- Paylocity
- UKG

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, HR, or related field.
- 1–5 years of US payroll experience preferred.
- Knowledge of US federal and state payroll regulations.
- Robust Excel skills.
- Good understanding of payroll calculations and reconciliations.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
