Position Summary

We are seeking a high-energy, results-driven US IT Staffing Recruiter to join our remote recruiting team in India. This role will work night-shift hours aligned with U.S. business operations and will focus on sourcing, screening, and placing strong technical talent for W-2 and direct-client requirements.

The ideal candidate brings hands-on experience using Indeed and LinkedIn Recruiter , understands the pace and quality expectations of U.S. IT staffing, and can recruit for modern technology roles such as Java, Salesforce, AI/ML, data science, cloud, data engineering, and software development.

Key Responsibilities

- Source, screen, and submit qualified candidates for U.S.-based IT staffing requirements.
- Work on W-2, direct-client, and project-based hiring requirements across U.S. and global markets.
- Use Indeed, LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, Boolean search, referrals, and candidate databases to build quality pipelines.
- Recruit for technology roles including Java, Salesforce, AI/ML, data science, data engineering,



cloud, DevOps, full-stack development, QA, and related emerging technologies.
- Evaluate candidate experience, technical skills, work authorization, availability, compensation expectations, location, and communication skills.
- Conduct initial recruiter screens and present qualified candidates with accurate, complete submission details.
- Maintain consistent candidate follow-up, interview coordination, feedback collection, and offer/placement support.
- Build and maintain a strong network of passive and active technology professionals.
- Partner closely with account managers, hiring managers, and delivery teams to understand role requirements and submission priorities.
- Maintain accurate, timely activity and candidate data in the ATS/CRM.
- Meet agreed targets for sourcing activity, qualified submissions, interviews, placements, and pipeline development.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree required; B.Tech./BE preferred .
- 02-05+ years of proven experience in U.S. IT staffing or technology recruitment.
- Demonstrated experience recruiting for W-2 and direct-client requirements.
- Strong hands-on experience with Indeed and LinkedIn Recruiter .




- Proven ability to source and recruit for technical roles such as Java, Salesforce, AI/ML, data science, cloud, software engineering, and data engineering.
- Strong knowledge of Boolean search, resume screening, candidate qualification, and U.S. staffing terminology.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment with high ownership and urgency.
- Comfortable working night-shift hours aligned with U.S. business needs.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience supporting direct clients, consulting projects, managed staffing programs, or MSP/VMS environments.
- Experience with ATS/CRM platforms and recruiting productivity tools.
- Familiarity with U.S. work authorization categories and common hiring/compliance requirements.
- Experience recruiting for healthcare, digital health, data, AI, or enterprise technology clients.
- A measurable record of successful submissions, interviews, placements, and recruiter productivity.
