US IT Recruiter – W2 Hiring

Job Summary

V-Soft Consulting is looking for an experienced US IT Recruiter with strong hands-on experience in W2 hiring and recruitment for ServiceNow requirements .

The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of the US IT staffing industry , candidate sourcing, screening, submission, interview coordination, negotiation, and onboarding processes.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle end-to-end US IT recruitment for W2 positions.
- Source and recruit candidates for ServiceNow and other IT technology requirements .
- Work on requirements such as ServiceNow Developer, ServiceNow Administrator, ServiceNow Consultant, ServiceNow Architect, ServiceNow Business Analyst, ITSM, ITOM, HRSD and CSM .
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, job portals, referrals and internal databases .
- Screen candidates based on technical skills, experience, location, availability, work authorization and compensation.




- Handle W2 hiring from sourcing through onboarding.
- Work with VMS/MSP, State Clients and Direct Clients .
- Coordinate interviews, candidate submissions, feedback and follow-ups.
- Negotiate compensation and close candidates.
- Maintain candidate information and recruitment activity in the ATS.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified IT professionals.
- Work closely with Account Managers and Hiring Managers to understand requirements.

Candidate Requirements
- 2–5 years of relevant US IT Recruitment experience .
- Robust hands-on experience with W2 hiring .
- Experience recruiting for ServiceNow requirements is highly preferred.
- Good understanding of US IT technologies and staffing processes.
- Experience working with VMS/MSP or Direct Client requirements.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet recruitment targets.
- Willingness to work in the US shift .
- Willingness to work from office in Madhapur, Hyderabad .
