Role Description The US IT Recruiter role at iTek People Inc is a full-time, in office position based in Tirupati Urban. The recruiter will manage the end-to-end hiring process for US-based IT roles, including sourcing, screening, and qualifying candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, and networking.

Daily responsibilities include reviewing resumes, conducting initial interviews, assessing technical fit and communication skills, coordinating interviews with clients, and following up with candidates throughout the process. The role involves negotiating compensation, preparing candidate submissions, maintaining accurate records in the applicant tracking system, and ensuring timely communication with stakeholders.



The recruiter will collaborate closely with account managers and hiring managers to understand role requirements, align candidate profiles, and meet hiring deadlines while adhering to ethical and non-discriminatory recruitment practices.

Qualifications

- Demonstrated expertise in Full-life Cycle Recruiting, including end-to-end management of the hiring process.
- Strong IT Recruitment and Technical Recruiting skills, with experience filling a variety of US-based technology roles.
- Hands-on experience in Hiring and Recruiting activities, such as sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation.
- Familiarity with US staffing practices, time zones, and work culture; prior experience in US IT staffing or consulting is preferred.
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems, job portals, and professional networking platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Dice, Monster).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage candidates and clients professionally.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities, with attention to detail and the capacity to handle multiple requisitions.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Ability to work in office in Tirupati Urban and collaborate effectively in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
