About the Role As a Bench Sales Recruiter, you will be responsible for marketing our consultants (OPT, CPT, H1B, H4 EAD, GC, USC) to direct clients across the US. You will handle the full recruitment cycle including sourcing requirements, coordinating interviews and ensuring successful placements.

Target Candidate Profile Key Responsibilities

This role is suitable for candidates with an IT or technical background such as B.Tech, BE, MCA, MSc IT, MSc CS, BCA, or candidates with strong understanding of IT roles like Software Development, Data Engineering, QA, Cloud, DevOps, Business Analyst, or related domains.

- Market and place bench consultants across a variety of technologies.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Source daily requirements from job portals and networks.
- Submit consultants to suitable roles with high submission quality.
- Coordinate interviews, feedback and onboarding.
- Track daily submissions and maintain consultant pipeline.
- Work closely with the US team on priorities and updates.





Required Skills & Knowledge • Good communication skills (written and verbal).

- Basic understanding of US hiring terms like W2, C2C, 1099.
- Basic Understanding of different type of Job Portals like LinkedIn, Dice, Indeed, Monster etc.
- Quick learner with interest in US staffing.
- Ability to manage tasks with deadlines.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Strong attention to details Training & Growth • Selected candidates will receive well-structured training covering US tax terms (W2, C2C, 1099), US visa types and compliance, job application submission processes, and end-to-end candidate handling.
- The training program is designed to build strong fundamentals in US IT staffing, sales communication, objection handling, and international hiring practices.
- Performance-based growth opportunities, incentives, and fast-track career progression are available for high performers.

Compensation Fixed salary plus performance-based incentives. Growth depends on performance, ownership, and contribution.
