We are looking for a motivated US IT/Non-IT Recruiter to join our team and support the end-to-end recruitment process for US-based positions.
? Key Responsibilities
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and internal databases.
- Screen candidates and conduct initial interviews.
- Understand job requirements, technical skills, and JDs.
- Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates.
- Submit qualified candidates to clients and hiring managers.
- Maintain candidate records and recruitment trackers.
? Requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic understanding of US IT/Non-IT recruitment.
- Willingness to work in US time zones/night shifts.
- Freshers with robust communication skills are welcome.
- Candidates with 0–2 years of recruitment experience are encouraged to apply.
