Job Summary The US Calling Process Executive will support NSF's outbound/inbound calling operations connected to our programs and outreach initiatives. This role serves as a key point of contact between NSF and US-based parents, volunteers, and donors, ensuring clear communication, accurate documentation, and timely follow-ups that support NSF's mission-driven work.

Key Responsibilities

● Handle outbound/inbound calls as part of the US calling process.

● Communicate clearly and professionally with callers/stakeholders, including US-based parents, volunteers, and donors.

● Maintain accurate call logs, records, and documentation.

● Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely follow-ups.





● Meet call quality and productivity targets.

● Support reporting and day-to-day process operations.

Required Qualifications & Experience

● Any Bachelor's degree.

● Minimum 1 year of experience in a US calling process, BPO, or customer support role.

● Excellent verbal communication skills in English (US accent/neutral accent preferred).

● Comfortable working US shift timings.

● Basic proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets and documentation tools.

● Reliable internet connection and quiet workspace (remote role).

● Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in a remote setting.
