About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Account Manager – US Healthcare Recruitment to manage and grow key healthcare staffing accounts. The ideal candidate should have 5+ years of experience in US Healthcare Staffing/Recruitment and strong hands-on experience managing client accounts, preferably with Hallmark and/or Ascension Health .

The candidate will be responsible for managing client relationships, understanding staffing requirements, ensuring timely fulfillment of positions, coordinating with internal recruitment teams, and maintaining high levels of client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day relationships with assigned US Healthcare clients.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and understand their staffing requirements.
- Handle client accounts including job orders, submissions, interviews, placements, and overall fulfillment.
- Work closely with recruiters to ensure timely and quality candidate submissions.
- Develop a strong understanding of client requirements, hiring processes, and staffing expectations.
- Manage and prioritize multiple job requirements based on client urgency and business needs.
- Monitor recruitment pipelines, submissions, interviews, offers, and placements.
- Follow up with clients regarding candidate submissions, interview feedback, onboarding, and start dates.
- Maintain strong relationships with hiring managers, vendor managers, MSP/VMS teams, and other client stakeholders.
- Identify challenges in the recruitment process and work with internal teams to resolve them quickly.
- Track account performance, fulfillment rates, submission-to-interview ratios, and placements.
- Ensure recruiters understand client-specific requirements, compliance standards, and submission processes.




- Participate in client calls and regular business reviews as required.
- Support contract extensions, renewals, and additional staffing requirements.
- Identify opportunities to increase business and expand existing client relationships.
- Maintain accurate account and recruitment activity records in internal systems.
- Ensure all client communications are handled professionally and within agreed timelines.

Client Experience – Preferred Candidates with hands-on experience supporting or managing accounts for the following clients are strongly preferred:

- Hallmark
- Ascension Health

Experience working directly with healthcare systems, MSP/VMS programs, or large hospital networks will be an added advantage. Required Experience & Skills

- 5+ years of experience in US Healthcare Staffing/Recruitment.
- Proven experience in Account Management, Client Management, or Delivery Management within US Healthcare Staffing.
- Strong knowledge of the US Healthcare Staffing industry.
- Experience managing high-volume healthcare staffing requirements.
- Strong understanding of healthcare roles such as RN, LPN, CNA, Allied Health, and other clinical positions.
- Experience working with MSP/VMS platforms and client/vendor management processes.
- Excellent client communication and relationship-management skills.
- Robust negotiation, follow-up, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple client requirements and deadlines simultaneously.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills.
- Ability to lead and coordinate with recruitment/delivery teams.
- Proficiency in MS Office and recruitment/ATS/VMS systems.

Preferred Candidate Profile 5+ years of US Healthcare Recruitment/Staffing experience + strong Account Management experience + hands-on experience with Hallmark and/or Ascension Health clients.
