About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Inside Sales Account Manager (AM) to join our team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of experience in inside sales, lead generation, client relationship management, or account management, with strong communication and negotiation skills.

Key Responsibilities-

- Identify, connect with, and engage potential customers through calls, emails, and other communication channels.
- Generate and qualify leads, understand customer requirements, and convert prospects into business opportunities.
- Manage and nurture existing client relationships to drive customer satisfaction, retention, and repeat business.
- Conduct product or service presentations and explain the value proposition to prospective clients.
- Follow up with prospects, prepare quotations, negotiate commercial terms, and close sales.
- Maintain accurate customer information, sales activities, and pipeline updates in the CRM.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and timely resolution of customer queries.

Requirements-




- Minimum 1+ years of experience in inside sales, telesales, business development, or account management.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
- Ability to handle customer objections and close sales effectively.
- Comfortable making outbound calls and following up with prospective customers.
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office/Google Workspace is an advantage.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be based in Bangalore or willing to work from Bangalore.
- Immediate joiners or candidates available to join at short notice are preferred.
