AIF Operations Executive / Associate Industry: Alternative Investment Fund (AIF) Category III

Location: Mumbai

Employment Type: Full-time

Working days time - Mon to Fri, Time 9am to 6pm

About The Role We are looking for a AIF Operations qualified to support the day-to-day operations of a Category III AIF. The role will involve investor servicing, transaction processing, reconciliations, documentation and coordination with the RTA, custodian, fund accountant, banks and other service providers.

Key Responsibilities Support day-to-day operations of the Category III AIF.

Handle investor onboarding, KYC documentation, subscriptions, redemptions.

Coordinate with RTA/CAMS, custodian, fund accountant, banks, brokers and other service providers.

Assist with NAV preparation/review and coordinate with the fund accountant.

Maintain and check investor statements/SOAs and capital account records.

Perform bank, cash and portfolio reconciliations and follow up on discrepancies.

Assist with trade settlement, contract notes and portfolio-related operational activities.

Track fund expenses, management fees and other operational transactions.





Maintain fund-related records and trackers.

Assist in preparing MIS, investor reports and fund factsheets.

Support audit, tax, compliance and regulatory requirements by providing required information and documents.

Maintain proper documentation and follow-up with internal teams and external service providers.

Preferred Experience in AIF / PMS / Mutual Fund / Fund Accounting / RTA / Custody.

Knowledge of Category III AIF operations.

Experience with CAMS or similar RTA platforms.

Experience in investor onboarding and KYC.

Experience in bank/custodian reconciliation.

Basic understanding of Indian financial markets.
