Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and target-oriented US IT Recruiter to join our US Staffing team. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and submitting qualified IT professionals for US-based requirements.

Freshers with excellent communication skills and a strong interest in US IT recruitment may also apply.

Key Responsibilities

- Understand US IT requirements and identify suitable candidates.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, internal databases, and other channels.
- Conduct candidate screening and qualification calls.
- Understand technical skills, experience, location, work authorization, and availability.
- Submit qualified candidates against active requirements.
- Maintain and develop a strong candidate pipeline.
- Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates.
- Maintain accurate candidate records in ATS/CRM.




- Work closely with Account Managers/Recruiting Managers.
- Achieve daily and monthly submission and placement targets.

Required Skills
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Robust interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work in US/night shifts.
- Knowledge of US IT staffing/recruitment is an advantage.
- Ability to understand technical job descriptions.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated approach.
- Good follow-up and candidate-management skills.
