1.Meeting with clients and determining their needs and requirements.

- Managing landscape design projects from concept development through to completion. Competence to work on Design Development drawings, GFC drawings.
- Developing and presenting concept proposals
- Preparing and adjusting drawings, blueprints, specifications, designs, plans and construction documents to meet the client's needs
- Conducting research and compiling reports on feasibility and environmental impact
- Determining and adhering to budgets and timelines
- Managing project teams and collaborating with other construction professionals
- Ability to work on BOQs and understanding of BOI.
- Preference given to candidates with basic know how of google sketch up .
- proficient with Auto-cad and quick time period to make detailed autocad landscape drawings

11.Co-ordinate and a valuable understanding to work with structural, Mep, Signage, Lighting and pool consultants.
- Good knowledge of horticulture will be very a plus point.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
