Team Leader – Wealth Management

Role Objective:

Lead and manage a high-performing Wealth Management team responsible for acquiring, managing, and deepening relationships with HNI/UHNI and affluent clients while driving revenue, AUM growth, product penetration, and overall business profitability.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead, coach, and mentor a team of Wealth Relationship Managers to achieve business and revenue objectives.
- Drive acquisition of HNI/affluent clients and strengthen existing client relationships.
- Develop and execute strategies for AUM growth, client retention, cross-selling, and wallet share enhancement .
- Drive business across Mutual Funds, PMS, Insurance, Fixed Deposits, Bonds and other investment products .
- Ensure strong client engagement through need-based investment and wealth solutions.
- Monitor individual and team-level KPIs, productivity, revenue, AUM, and conversion ratios .
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide structured coaching to team members.
- Build a solid sales pipeline through referrals, market mapping, networking, and client acquisition initiatives.
- Ensure adherence to compliance, KYC,



regulatory and internal governance standards .
- Partner with Product, Operations, Risk, Compliance and other stakeholders for seamless client servicing.
- Identify high-potential talent and actively contribute to hiring, onboarding and capability building .
- Prepare business reviews and provide actionable insights to senior management.
