Working Days: Mon to Sat
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide desktop and end-user support for hardware and software issues.
- Troubleshoot Windows OS, MS Office/O365, applications, printers, and peripherals.
- Troubleshoot basic network connectivity issues such as LAN, Wi-Fi, DNS, and DHCP.
- Handle user creation, password resets, and access-related issues.
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, and other IT devices.
- Coordinate with internal teams and vendors for issue resolution.
- Provide timely support and ensure smooth day-to-day IT operations.
Requirements:
- Min 2 years of experience in Desktop/IT Support.
- Valuable troubleshooting and communication skills.
