Job Summary

Roljack Asia Limited is looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Quotation Specialist / Quotation Executive / Tender Executive to handle quotation preparation, tender documentation, commercial proposals, costing, and sales support activities.

The ideal candidate should have good knowledge of MS Excel, quotation preparation, costing, tender documentation, customer enquiries, and commercial proposals. Candidates with experience in Crusher Plant, Heavy Machinery, Engineering, Manufacturing, Mining Equipment, or Industrial Equipment will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare accurate quotations and commercial offers based on customer requirements.
- Study customer enquiries, specifications, BOQ, drawings, and product requirements.
- Prepare cost sheets, pricing sheets, BOQ, and commercial proposals.
- Prepare quotations for Jaw Crusher, Cone Crusher, VSI Crusher, Screening Plant, RMC Plant, and other heavy machinery.
- Coordinate with Sales, Purchase, Production, Engineering, and Accounts teams for required information.
- Handle tender enquiries and tender documentation.
- Review tender requirements, eligibility criteria, technical specifications, and commercial conditions.
- Prepare and submit tender documents within defined timelines.
- Maintain records of quotations, tenders, enquiries, revisions, and submissions.
- Revise quotations based on customer requirements and management instructions.
- Prepare comparative statements and maintain updated product/pricing data.
- Coordinate with the sales team regarding quotation status and customer follow-ups.




- Track submitted quotations/tenders and maintain proper follow-up records.
- Ensure accuracy of pricing, taxes, payment terms, delivery terms, and other commercial conditions.
- Support the sales team with commercial and product-related documentation.

Candidate Requirements
- Graduate / Diploma in Commerce, Business Administration, Mechanical/Engineering, or relevant field preferred.
- 1–4 years of experience in Quotation, Tender, Estimation, Commercial, Sales Coordination, or Proposal preparation.
- Strong working knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
- Good numerical and analytical skills.
- Knowledge of costing, pricing, GST, margins, BOQ, and commercial terms.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and documentation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple quotations/tenders and meet deadlines.
