We are urgently hiring smart, confident, and target-oriented candidates for our Overseas Education and Test Preparation division at Rajajinagar, Bengaluru.

We are looking for candidates with relevant experience in overseas education counselling, admission counselling, immigration consulting, or sales. Freshers with excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a strong interest in building a career in sales are also welcome to apply.

Roles and Responsibilities

- Counsel students regarding overseas education opportunities, test preparation courses, admissions, and immigration services.
- Understand students' academic backgrounds, career goals, and overseas study aspirations.
- Explain available courses, admission processes, eligibility criteria, and relevant services.
- Generate leads, follow up with prospective students, and convert inquiries into enrollments.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with leads through calls, WhatsApp,



and other communication channels.
- Handle student queries professionally and build strong customer relationships.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and conversions.

Requirements

- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Smart, confident, presentable, and enthusiastic personality.
- Solid interest in sales, counselling, and target-based roles.
- Ability to convince, negotiate, follow up, and convert leads.
- Target-driven mindset with a willingness to learn.
- Freshers with good communication skills are encouraged to apply.
- Candidates with experience in overseas education, test preparation, admission counselling, immigration consulting, or other sales roles will be preferred.

Salary

- Freshers: 15,00018,000 per month, depending on interview performance.
- Experienced Candidates: 25,00030,000 per month, depending on relevant experience and interview performance.
