Required Skills

12 years of experience in Software Testing / Quality Assurance.

Good understanding of SDLC and STLC.

Strong knowledge of manual testing concepts.

Experience in writing transparent and effective test cases.

Good understanding of defect life cycle.

Knowledge of severity, priority, and defect classification.

Basic to intermediate SQL knowledge.

Understanding of API testing using tools such as Postman is an advantage.

Good understanding of web application testing.

Good analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Good communication and documentation skills.

Key Responsibilities

Analyze business and functional requirements and identify test scenarios.

Prepare test cases, test scenarios, and test data based on requirements.

Perform functional, regression,



integration, system, smoke, and sanity testing.

Execute test cases and document test results.

Identify, report, track, and verify defects using defect management tools.

Perform UI and usability testing across different browsers and devices.

Validate application workflows and business rules.

Perform database validation using SQL queries.

Perform regression testing for new releases and bug fixes.

Collaborate with developers, Business Analysts, Product Owners, and other QA team members.

Support release testing and production validation.

Maintain testing documentation and provide quality status updates.

- Identify opportunities to improve test coverage and testing processes.
