TellPhone is looking for an enthusiastic and responsible Mobile Sales & Service Executive with good knowledge of smartphone and Laptop sales, mobile/laptop troubleshooting, and basic repair and service procedures.

The ideal candidate should be customer-friendly, technically skilled, and capable of handling day-to-day sales and service activities in a premium gadget store.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle mobile phone sales, customer enquiries, and product demonstrations.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable smartphones and accessories.
- Perform basic mobile diagnostics, troubleshooting, and service-related checks.
- Identify hardware and software issues and assist with repairs, where qualified.
- Inspect pre-owned devices for functionality, physical condition, and common defects.
- Handle customer service requests, service updates, and after-sales support.
- Maintain product displays, stock records, and service documentation.
- Support daily store operations and help achieve sales targets.

Requirements

- Previous experience in mobile phone sales and/or mobile servicing.
- Good knowledge of smartphone brands,



specifications, features, and pricing.
- Basic knowledge of mobile hardware, software troubleshooting, and diagnostics.
- Good communication, customer-handling, and problem-solving skills.
- Honest, proactive, and willing to take responsibility for store operations.
- Ability to work in a team and contribute to business growth.

Salary & Incentives

- Fixed monthly salary.
