Hiring an Import Procurement / Purchase Executive for a manufacturing industry.

- Responsible for procurement of chemicals, raw materials and other required materials through domestic and international sourcing.
- Handle import procedures, documentation, customs clearance, CHA and freight forwarding coordination.
- Prepare and manage RFQs, purchase orders, vendor quotations and commercial documents.
- Develop and evaluate suppliers and negotiate on price, quality, payment terms and delivery schedules.
- Coordinate with Production, Stores, Finance, Logistics and suppliers to ensure timely material availability.
- Manage import duties, GST, freight and landed cost calculations.
- Track import shipments and ensure timely delivery of materials.
- Identify alternate suppliers and support risk mitigation and cost optimization.
- Maintain procurement records,



MIS and ERP updates as per company requirements.

Required Qualifications & Skills

- 2-5 years of experience in Import Procurement / Purchase / Sourcing, preferably in Chemical / Manufacturing industries.
- Skills- Import Procurement, Chemical Procurement, International Sourcing, Domestic Procurement, Import Documentation, Customs Clearance, CHA, Freight Forwarding, DGFT, IEC, Import Duties, GST, Landed Cost, Vendor Management, Vendor Development, Supplier Evaluation, Price Negotiation, Purchase Order, RFQ, ERP, Inventory Management, Advanced Excel, MIS, Logistics Coordination.
- Graduate / Diploma in Procurement, Supply Chain, Logistics, Commerce or related field.
- Valuable communication (verbal/written), analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in teams, meet deadlines, and manage multiple tasks.
