Key Responsibilities:

- Manage day-to-day pharmacy and retail store operations.
- Ensure excellent customer service and prescription handling.
- Drive sales, diagnostics, private label and other business targets.
- Manage inventory, stock accuracy, expiry and inwarding processes.
- Ensure timely processing of omnichannel orders and customer queries.
- Lead and manage store teams, including roster, attendance and performance.
- Ensure pharmacy compliance, documentation and store hygiene.
- Support local marketing activities and business growth.

Eligibility:

- Assistant Team Lead: Bachelors degree in Pharmacy/related field with 57 years’ retail pharmacy experience.
- Strong communication, customer service and team management skills.
- Knowledge of pharmacy regulations and compliance.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts, including weekends/holidays.
