Job Requirements:

- Solid knowledge and extensive experience in the Noida residential real estate market
- Experience in the Yamuna Expressway will be an added advantage
- Candidate should have prior experience in selling luxury residential projects.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Handle luxury residential property sales and client acquisition
- Generate leads through references, site visits, channel partners, and networking
- Conduct client meetings, project presentations, and property site visits
- Understand client requirements and provide suitable investment options
- Maintain strong follow-ups and close sales effectively
- Build and maintain relationships with HNI clients and investors
- Coordinate with CRM and sales support teams for documentation and closures
- Keep updated with market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies
