Responsibilities:

- • Conduct site visits and assess land use, connectivity, topography, and drainage.

- • Prepare site suitability assessments, baseline studies, and SWOT analyses.

- • Develop concept plans and master layouts: land use and area statements, plot mix, road hierarchy, and phasing.

- • Prepare alternative layout options and recommend a preferred option.

- • Write planning chapters and executive summaries for DPRs and feasibility reports.

- • Check layouts against M.P.

- • Identify statutory clearances and prepare submission drawings and documents.

- • Prepare GIS base and thematic maps, AutoCAD layouts, and area tables.

- • Prepare presentations, including 3D layout views, for client and government review meetings.

- • Attend client and authority meetings, record minutes, and draft formal correspondence.

- • Provide planning inputs for proposals and tenders, and guide junior staff.

Requirements:

- • B.Plan or M.Plan.

- • Proficiency in AutoCAD, QGIS or ArcGIS, and MS Office.

- • Knowledge of Madhya Pradesh planning rules and development regulations.

- • Valuable written English and clear communication.

Working hours: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM.
