WE’RE HIRING: UNREAL ENGINE ARTIST

I’m looking for a full-time Unreal Engine Artist to join our team and work on CGI, filmmaking and virtual production projects.

What you’ll be doing:

- Building and creating CG environments in Unreal Engine 5
- Working with MetaHumans and creating customised characters
- Setting up and working with Blueprints
- Handling the Blender to Unreal Engine pipeline
- Working with MetaHuman Animator
- Mocap retargeting and animation cleanup
- MetaHuman clothing setup and cloth simulations
- Creating and working with Niagara particle systems
- Setting up characters, animations and environments for cinematic shots




- Optimising Unreal scenes for performance and visual quality

Requirements:

- Strong knowledge of Unreal Engine 5
- Good understanding of Blueprints
- Experience creating CG environments
- Positive knowledge of MetaHumans and character customisation
- Experience with MetaHuman Animator
- Experience with mocap retargeting and animation cleanup
- Knowledge of MetaHuman clothing and cloth simulation workflows
- Experience with Niagara particle systems
- Good understanding of the Blender to Unreal Engine workflow
- Understanding of lighting, materials, cameras and cinematic workflows is a plus
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
