Key Responsibilities

- Perform professional haircuts, hair styling and finishing as per customer requirements.

- Handle hair colouring, global colouring and highlighting services.

- Perform hair straightening, permanent straightening and other chemical hair treatments professionally.

- Understand customers' hair types, requirements and expectations before providing services.

- Recommend suitable hair services and treatments based on customer needs.

- Communicate professionally with customers and ensure a positive salon experience.

- Identify opportunities to encourage customers to explore additional services.

- Maintain professional standards of hygiene, grooming and salon etiquette.

- Ensure proper handling and usage of salon products and equipment.

- Maintain quality standards while delivering services within the expected time.

- Build strong customer relationships and encourage repeat visits.





- Coordinate with the salon team and management to ensure smooth daily operations.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- 3–5 years of relevant experience as a Hair Dresser / Hair Stylist in a reputed salon.

- Strong customer handling and communication skills.

- Ability to understand customer requirements and suggest appropriate services.

- Professional appearance, positive attitude and good salon etiquette.

- Experience in a reputed unisex salon is mandatory.

- Candidates should be capable of independently handling customers and services.

Compensation & Advantages

- Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹40,000 per month.

- Performance-based incentives as decided by management.
