UKG Pro WFM – Technical Consultant

Job Summary

We are looking for a UKG Pro WFM Technical Consultant with 3–8 years of experience in UKG Workforce Management solutions. The candidate should have strong hands-on experience in UKG WFM integrations, interfaces, reporting, APIs, and technical support .

Key Responsibilities

- Develop, configure, maintain, and support UKG Pro WFM technical solutions .
- Work on UKG WFM integrations and interfaces , including inbound and outbound data flows.
- Develop and support integrations using APIs, web services, and data exchange mechanisms .
- Analyze integration failures, data issues, and technical defects and provide timely resolution.
- Develop, maintain, and troubleshoot UKG WFM reports and extracts .
- Work with business and functional teams to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Perform data validation, reconciliation,



and troubleshooting across WFM systems.
- Support SIT, UAT, regression testing, deployment, and production support activities.
- Monitor integrations and resolve production issues within defined SLAs.
- Prepare technical specifications, integration documentation, mapping documents, and test scenarios.
- Collaborate with HR, Payroll, IT, and other application teams for end-to-end integration requirements.
- Support enhancements, change requests, and ongoing technical improvements.

Mandatory Skills
- UKG Pro WFM / UKG WFM
- Solid experience in UKG WFM Integrations / Interfaces
- Experience with UKG WFM Reporting
- Knowledge of APIs / Web Services / Data Integration
- Experience in technical troubleshooting and production support
- Good understanding of WFM data and business processes
- Experience with integration testing and deployment
