Role: Trainer - UK Region RTR
Location: Mumbai, Noida, Ahmedabad
Exp: 5yrs in UK AR (2+YRS Team handling)
Shift Timings: UK Shift (12:30PM-10PM IST/1:30PM-11PM IST )
Salary 10 LPA
- 5+ years of relevant experience in Accounts Receivable (AR), with at least 3 years of team handling and/or training experience.
- Training expertise, including the ability to design assessments and evaluate trainee progress for effective upskilling.
- Robust knowledge of AR processes, including Cash Application, Collections, Billing, DD Run, RDD, Write-offs, Order Management, and Customer Master Setup.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Excellent presentation and facilitation skills.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines.
- Exposure to operations and delivery management with end clients.
- Experience in stakeholder management and trainee engagement
- Exposure to process improvement, automation, or transformation initiatives will be an added advantage.
