About the Role

We are looking for a Senior UI/UX & Visual Designer who can independently take ownership of the complete design experience for our websites and mobile applications.

The ideal candidate should be an all-round designer who can handle the entire design process from understanding the user and business requirements, creating UX flows and wireframes, designing the UI, to creating the visual/creative elements required for web and app pages.

This role requires someone who can work independently and deliver the complete design without relying on separate UI/UX and Creative Designers.

Key Responsibilities

- Take complete ownership of web and mobile app design from concept to final delivery.
- Understand business and product requirements and translate them into effective user experiences.
- Create user flows, information architecture, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs.
- Design complete website and mobile app pages, including layouts, sections, components, visual elements, and interactive states.
- Handle both UX thinking and creative visual execution for web and app experiences.
- Create engaging visual treatments, page compositions, illustrations, icons, graphics, and other creative elements required within digital products.
- Design responsive experiences for desktop, tablet, and mobile.
- Create and maintain design systems, UI components, styles, and reusable design assets.
- Ensure consistency across typography, colours, spacing, grids, imagery, icons, and visual hierarchy.
- Work closely with Product, Development, Marketing,



and Business teams to understand requirements and deliver design solutions.
- Present design concepts and clearly communicate design decisions to stakeholders.
- Prepare designs and specifications for developers and ensure accurate implementation.
- Review implemented designs and identify UI/UX improvements.
- Manage multiple projects independently while maintaining quality and timelines.
- Keep up with current UI/UX, visual design, interaction design, and AI design trends.

Required Skills & Expertise

- 5–8 years of professional experience in UI/UX and Visual Design.
- Strong expertise in both UX and UI design.
- Advanced proficiency in Figma — mandatory.
- Hands-on experience with Sketch — mandatory.
- Ability to independently design a complete web or mobile app experience.
- Strong visual and creative design skills.
- Excellent understanding of typography, colour, composition, grids, spacing, and visual hierarchy.
- Strong understanding of responsive web and mobile design.
- Experience with user flows, wireframes, prototypes, interaction design, and usability.
- Experience creating and maintaining design systems and component libraries.
- Ability to create creative and visually engaging UI layouts and digital assets for web and app pages.




- Strong attention to detail and a high standard of visual quality.
- Ability to take a project from Requirement UX Wireframe UI Visual Design Prototype Developer Handoff independently.

Good to Have

- Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
- Basic understanding of HTML/CSS and front-end implementation.
- Knowledge of motion design and micro-interactions.
- Experience with AI-powered design tools.
- Experience working on consumer-facing digital products, e-commerce, SaaS, or subscription-based platforms.
