We at Zoptal Solutions Pvt. Ltd. are seeking a talented UI/UX Designer to transform our software into intuitive, user-friendly products for our clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio showcasing their ability to create both visually appealing and highly functional designs for web and mobile applications.

Responsibilities

- Gather and Evaluate User Requirements: Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to understand and incorporate user needs and business goals into design.
- Illustrate Design Ideas: Use storyboards, process flows, and sitemaps to illustrate design concepts.
- Design Graphic User Interface Elements: Develop UI elements such as menus, tabs, widgets, and buttons.
- Build Navigation Components: Create page navigation buttons and search fields that improve user experience.
- Develop UI Prototypes: Use wireframe tools to sketch out rough layout concepts.
- Present Designs: Present and defend your design decisions. All your design decisions should be based on the overall design roadmap as well as your own design thinking and fundamental principles (i.e., color theory, visual weight, etc.).
- Conduct Layout Adjustments: Ensure that designs are consistent across various devices and interfaces, and adjust layouts based on feedback.
- Adhere to Style Standards: Maintain a consistent look and feel across all platforms by following the company’s design language and guidelines.





Requirements

- Proven work experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role.
- Portfolio: A strong portfolio demonstrating design skills and experience with web and mobile applications.
- Design Software Proficiency: Expertise in design software such as Adobe XD, Sketch, Figma, or similar tools.
- Wireframe Tools: Experience with wireframing and prototyping tools like InVision, Balsamiq, Axure, etc.
- Knowledge of Design Principles: Strong understanding of interaction design principles and front-end development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Excellent analytical skills to interpret user needs and translate them into actionable design requirements.
- Communication Skills: Solid verbal and written communication skills to articulate design ideas and rationale.
- Team Spirit: Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.

Experience required: 2-3 Years Location: Mohali, Punjab, On-Site
