About The Role
You will design the interfaces our clients and their customers actually use: admin panels, client portals, websites and the odd mobile screen. Nothing ships until it is clear, usable and looks like it was made on purpose.
What you will do
- Turn a rough brief or problem into wireframes and then polished UI.
- Design for web and mobile, and hand off designs engineers can actually build from.
- Keep a consistent design system across our own product and client projects.
- Review what ships against the design, and push back when it drifts.
- Talk to clients directly sometimes, not just engineers.
You might be a valuable fit if
- You have shipped real product UI, not just portfolio concepts.
- You design in Figma or similar, and think in components, not one-off screens.
- You care about usability and accessibility as much as visual polish.
- You can explain your design decisions to people who are not designers.
Nice to have
- Basic front-end skills (HTML/CSS), enough to speak the engineers' language.
- Experience designing for B2B software or internal tools.
How we work
- A remote-first team, working with clients in the US, UK and India.
- We ship working software every week and show it to the client.
- Clients own the source code and infrastructure we build, so we earn our next project by doing this one well.
