Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer with 2 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of user-centered design principles, visual design, wireframing, prototyping, and user experience optimization.

You will work closely with developers, and other stakeholders to design intuitive, visually appealing, and user-friendly interfaces for web and mobile applications. The candidate should be able to translate business requirements and user needs into effective design solutions.

Key Responsibilities1. UI Design

- Design visually appealing, intuitive, and user-friendly interfaces for web and mobile applications.
- Create high-quality UI designs that align with the product's branding, design guidelines, and business objectives.
- Maintain consistency in typography, colors, spacing, icons, buttons, and other UI elements.
- Design responsive layouts for different screen sizes and devices.
- Create and maintain reusable UI components and design systems.

1. UX Research and Design

- Understand user needs, business requirements, and product goals to develop effective design solutions.
- Conduct basic user research, competitor analysis, and usability evaluations.
- Create user personas, user journeys, infopes to internal stakeholders.
- Incorporate feedback and iterate on desigrmation architecture, and user flows.
- Identify usability issues and recommend improvements to enhance the overall user experience.
- Apply user-centered design principles throughout the product development lifecycle.

1. Wireframing and Prototyping

- Develop low-fidelity and high-fidelity wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes.
- Map user journeys and create clear navigation flows for different product features.
- Present design concepts and interactive prototyns to improve usability and functionality.

Mobile and Web Application Design

- Design user experiences for Android and iOS applications, as well as web platforms.
- Understand mobile-first design principles and platform-specific design guidelines.
- Ensure consistency across different devices and platforms.
- Collaborate with the product team to simplify complex workflows and improve user engagement.

1. Collaboration with Development Teams

- Work closely with developers, product managers, and QA engineers to ensure accurate implementation of designs.
- Provide design specifications, assets, measurements, and interaction details to developers.
- Support developers during implementation by clarifying design requirements and resolving UI-related queries.
- Review developed screens and identify differences between the final implementation and approved designs.
- Ensure that the delivered product meets the intended design and usability standards.

1. Design Testing and Optimization

- Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to identify areas for improvement.
- Analyze user feedback and product usage insights to refine existing designs.
- Improve navigation, accessibility, readability, and overall usability.
- Stay updated with current UI/UX trends, design methodologies, and industry best practices.
- Continuously iterate on designs based on testing results and stakeholder feedback.

Required Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Design, Visual Communication, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field; equivalent practical experience is also acceptable.
- Around 2 years of professional experience in UI/UX design.
- Proficiency in Figma for wireframing, prototyping, and interface design.
- Strong understanding of UI/UX principles, visual hierarchy, typography,



color theory, spacing, and layout.
- Experience designing mobile applications and responsive web interfaces.
- Knowledge of user flows, wireframes, interactive prototypes, and design systems.
- Understanding of usability testing, user-centered design, and accessibility principles.
- Ability to create clean, consistent, and visually appealing interfaces.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and creative thinking skills.
- Positive communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and incorporate feedback effectively.
- A strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX projects, design processes, and final outcomes.

Preferred Skills
- Experience designing social networking, consumer-facing, or community-based applications.
- Familiarity with Material Design and Apple Human Interface Guidelines.
- Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and front-end development concepts.
- Knowledge of usability metrics, user behavior analysis, and A/B testing.
- Experience with tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or other visual design applications.
- Understanding of design handoff and developer collaboration workflows.
