Effectus Media is a creative studio working across websites, brand identity, UI/UX and visual content. We collaborate with design-conscious brands, including those in SaaS, AI, technology, gaming, creative services and real estate. Role overview

We are looking for an early-career designer-developer to help design and build marketing websites and landing pages. You will work on real client projects, develop your UI/UX and Framer skills through feedback and guidance, and gradually take ownership of defined deliverables.

What you will do

- Understand client goals, target audiences, content priorities and visual references before designing.
- Create wireframes, page structures and polished responsive interfaces in Figma, especially landing pages and marketing websites.
- Apply typography, spacing, hierarchy, accessibility and consistent components to produce clear, effective designs.
- Build and refine responsive pages in Framer using core features such as layouts, components, breakpoints, links and basic interactions.
- Collaborate on revisions, communicate progress clearly and deliver organized design files and working pages.
- Check responsiveness, usability, links and visual consistency before handoff or launch.

What we are looking for

- Less than 1 year relevant experience; strong personal, academic or client projects are welcome.




- A portfolio demonstrating visual taste, UI craft and an ability to explain design decisions.
- Comfort with Figma and foundational UI/UX principles for marketing-oriented websites.
- Basic working knowledge of Framer and willingness to improve through hands-on projects.
- Attention to detail, openness to feedback, proactive communication and ownership of commitments.
- Ability to organize work independently and meet agreed project deadlines.

Nice to have

- Experience with conversion-focused landing pages, basic UX research or usability evaluation.
- Familiarity with Framer CMS, animations, SEO fundamentals or simple integrations.
- Experience using AI tools for research, ideation, content, prototyping or development. AI proficiency is a bonus, not a requirement; guidance will be provided

Internship & compensation

- Type: paid internship, working remotely.
- Stipend: INR 10,000 - 15,000 per month, depending on skills and fit.
- Adaptable working hours, with agreed project deadlines, check-ins and feedback.
- Expected start: by the end of October 2026.
- Internship duration and exact expectations will be discussed during selection.

How we evaluate candidates

We review portfolio quality, design thinking, fundamentals in Figma and Framer, problem-solving,

communication and willingness to learn. You do not need to be an expert in every area, but should be able to show how you approach real work.
