About the Opportunity

Alphatech Enterprises is looking for a creative and solution-oriented UI/UX Designer to contribute to our ongoing website and application development projects.

We are seeking designers who can think beyond conventional layouts, brainstorm cutting-edge ideas, solve design problems, and translate concepts into intuitive, visually appealing digital experiences.

This is a freelance, project-based engagement with flexible working hours and deliverable-based compensation. Selected designers will typically work on 2–3 individual pages of a website or application, depending on project requirements.

Continuation and additional assignments will depend on project availability, design quality, creative thinking, problem-solving ability, technical skills, communication, and mutual agreement.

Key Responsibilities

- Design intuitive, visually appealing, and user-friendly website and application interfaces.
- Brainstorm creative solutions to product, usability, and design challenges.
- Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs as required.
- Apply appropriate typography, colour theory, spacing, visual hierarchy, and responsive design principles.
- Develop designs that align with project requirements and existing design systems.
- Present design concepts and explain the reasoning behind design decisions.
- Incorporate feedback and refine deliverables within the agreed scope.
- Collaborate remotely with the project team to understand requirements and resolve design challenges.
- Maintain organised, editable design files and hand over completed deliverables in the agreed format.

Mandatory Application Requirements

Applicants must meet all the following requirements.

- Minimum 10 completed design projects

Candidates must have completed at least 10 design projects using Figma or another relevant UI/UX design tool.

Projects may include websites, mobile applications, dashboards, landing pages, SaaS interfaces, or other relevant digital design work.

- Portfolio links in the resume

Candidates must include working portfolio or project links directly in their resume.

Acceptable platforms include Figma, Behance, Dribbble, a personal portfolio website, or another accessible platform showcasing their work.

Applications without working portfolio links in the resume, or without evidence of at least 10 completed projects, will be disqualified during initial screening.

- Creative thinking and brainstorming

Candidates must demonstrate the ability to generate original ideas, explore alternative design approaches, and propose practical solutions rather than simply copying existing interfaces.





- Problem-solving skills

Applicants should be able to identify usability issues, understand user requirements, and develop thoughtful solutions to design challenges.

- Technical design skills

Candidates should have a working understanding of:

- UI/UX design principles.
- Typography, colour theory, spacing, and visual hierarchy.
- Wireframing and prototyping.
- Responsive web and application design.
- Component-based design and consistency.
- Relevant design tools, especially Figma or equivalent software.

6. Communication and collaboration

Candidates must be comfortable discussing design ideas, receiving feedback, presenting their work, and collaborating with a remote team.

- Meeting availability

Although working hours are flexible, candidates must be available for online project meetings of up to one hour per day when reasonably required. Meeting times will be mutually coordinated.

Project Scope and Deliverables The selected contractor will contribute to ongoing company projects. An assignment will typically involve designing or brainstorming 2–3 individual pages of a website or application.

Deliverables may include

- Wireframes and layout concepts.
- High-fidelity UI designs.
- Interactive prototypes.
- Responsive page variations.
- Reusable UI components.
- Editable source files and design handover documentation.

The scope, specifications, delivery deadlines, and acceptance criteria will be agreed upon before each assignment begins.

Additional pages or substantial changes outside the agreed scope may be treated as separate deliverables, subject to mutual agreement.

Compensation and Payment Terms

Payment: ₹350–₹700 per individual approved design page.

Compensation is calculated per individual page, not per complete website, application, or project.

- Per-page rate: ₹350–₹700 for each individual design page, depending on its complexity, requirements, and agreed scope.
- Individual page pricing: Every page is treated as a separate deliverable with its own agreed rate.
- Rate confirmation: The exact amount payable per page will be mutually agreed upon in writing before work begins.
- Payment basis: Payment will be made for completed and accepted pages according to the agreed payment schedule.
- Quality standards: Each deliverable will be assessed against agreed requirements, including usability, visual consistency, creativity, technical execution, and completeness.
- Revisions: Revisions within the agreed scope will follow the project agreement. Additional pages and substantial scope changes may require separate compensation.
- No guaranteed monthly income:



Earnings depend on the number of individual pages assigned, completed, and accepted.

Important: The stated compensation is per individual design page, not per complete website, application, project, or group of pages. Applicants must understand and accept this payment structure before applying.

This engagement does not offer a guaranteed monthly salary, fixed number of assignments, or guaranteed monthly income.

Work Arrangement and Availability

- Fully remote engagement.

- Online meetings of up to one hour per day when reasonably required.
- Mutually agreed deadlines for assigned deliverables.
- Communication through agreed online collaboration and project-management tools.

Contractors are expected to communicate reliably, meet agreed deadlines, and provide progress updates for their assigned deliverables.

Engagement Duration and Continuation The initial engagement is expected to last between 1 and 3 months, depending on project requirements and mutual agreement.

Further assignments or an extension may be considered based on:

- Design quality and consistency.
- Creative thinking and brainstorming ability.
- Problem-solving and technical execution.
- Ability to incorporate feedback.
- Reliability and adherence to agreed deadlines.
- Availability of suitable project work.

There is no guarantee of continued assignments or an extension beyond the agreed contract period.

The parties will agree in writing on the project scope, compensation, payment schedule, ownership of deliverables, confidentiality requirements, and termination arrangements.
