Key Responsibilities:
✅ Manage end-to-end recruitment for UAE-based positions.
✅ Source and screen candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, job portals, and other channels.
✅ Handle recruitment for UAE and other international markets.
✅ Coordinate interviews, salary negotiations, offers, and candidate follow-ups.
✅ Build strong candidate pipelines and meet recruitment targets.
Mandatory Requirements:
? Proven UAE recruitment experience.
? Experience recruiting for at least one additional international market.
? Solid sourcing, screening, and stakeholder management skills.
? Good communication and negotiation abilities.
? Experience in Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Kuwait, Oman, Bahrain, the UK, the USA, or other international markets is an added advantage.
