SERVICE ADVISOR – TWO WHEELER

Key Responsibilities

- Attend customers and understand their vehicle service/repair requirements.
- Prepare accurate job cards based on customer concerns.
- Explain required service, repairs, and estimated costs to customers.
- Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely completion of work.
- Provide regular updates to customers regarding service progress.
- Conduct vehicle inspection and explain additional repair requirements.
- Ensure proper documentation and billing coordination.
- Handle customer queries and complaints professionally.
- Conduct service follow-ups and collect customer feedback.
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality.
- Coordinate with Parts, Service and Sales teams whenever required.

Eligibility

- Diploma / ITI / Graduate candidates preferred.




- Previous experience as a Service Advisor in the two-wheeler/automobile industry will be an advantage.
- Valuable communication and customer-handling skills.
- Basic knowledge of two-wheeler servicing and repair.
- Valid two-wheeler driving licence.
- Ability to work in a target-oriented setting.
