Roles and Responsibilities
- Provide clinical instruction to nursing students during their clinical rotations.
- Develop and implement lesson plans, curricula, and assessments for nursing courses.
- Lead practical sessions on nursing practice, including patient care, medication administration, and medical procedures.
- Supervise student activities in hospitals or healthcare settings to ensure safe and effective learning experiences.
- Collaborate with faculty members to develop new programs and improve existing ones.
Desired Candidate Profile:
- 1.5-2 years of experience as a registered nurse (RN) with at least one year of teaching/training experience.
- B.Sc Nursing degree from an accredited institution.
- Having NRTES/NUID Registration is mandatory.
- Robust knowledge of nursing principles, practices, and standards; ability to apply this knowledge effectively in teaching situations.
