Burraa Holidays creates memorable group travel experiences through curated weekend getaways, scheduled group tours, hostel stays, and adventure trips across India. We’re looking for energetic, responsible, and people-oriented Trip Captains who can turn every trip into an unforgettable experience.

Role Overview

As a Trip Captain, you will be responsible for leading group tours, managing travellers, coordinating with vendors, and ensuring every trip runs smoothly from departure to return.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage groups during scheduled trips and 60H Getaways.
- Welcome travellers, conduct introductions, and build a friendly group atmosphere.
- Coordinate transportation, accommodation, meals, sightseeing, and activities.
- Ensure the itinerary and trip schedule are followed.
- Handle on-ground logistics, vendor coordination, and unexpected situations.
- Ensure the safety, comfort, and satisfaction of all travellers.
- Capture photos and videos for social media and trip memories.
- Encourage group participation and create engaging travel experiences.
- Resolve customer concerns professionally and provide timely updates to the operations team.
- Collect feedback and submit a trip completion report.





Requirements
- Excellent communication and people-management skills.
- Passion for travel, adventure, and meeting recent people.
- Ability to manage groups and handle unexpected situations calmly.
- Responsible, punctual, energetic, and organised.
- Comfortable travelling for multiple days, including weekends and holidays.
- Basic knowledge of Google Maps, WhatsApp, and itinerary management.
- Previous experience in travel, hospitality, event management, or group coordination is an advantage.
- Freshers with the right attitude and leadership qualities are welcome.
