Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and trend-oriented Trend Research & Product Designer to identify emerging trends in the US market and convert them into commercially viable product concepts for retail customers. The role focuses on youth culture, social media trends, colours, characters, aesthetics, and consumer preferences.

Key Responsibilities

- Research daily trends across TikTok, Instagram, Pinterest, YouTube, and other platforms.
- Monitor US retail brands, viral products, gaming, anime, collectibles, and youth culture.
- Develop product concepts for plush toys, cushions, bag charms, keychains, room décor, and seasonal gifting.
- Create trend boards, mood boards, colour palettes, sketches, and buyer-ready presentations.
- Collaborate with Product Development and Business Development teams to develop market-relevant products.




- Track buyer feedback and product selections to improve future concepts.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Graduate in Fashion, Accessory, Textile, Communication Design, or a related field; NIFT or a recognised design school preferred.
- 0–3 years of experience; freshers with a strong portfolio may apply.
- Strong interest in social media trends, pop culture, gaming, anime, and youth lifestyle.
- Knowledge of Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Canva, or PowerPoint.
- Good research, visualisation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Commercial awareness and the ability to convert trends into sellable product ideas.
