The Travel

Consultant intern will support the design and customization of domestic and international tour packages according to client preferences and budgets. Day-to-day responsibilities include assisting with travel inquiries, preparing itineraries, coordinating travel arrangements, and helping manage reservations and booking documentation. The role involves direct customer interaction, addressing queries, and providing transparent information on travel options, pricing,



and inclusions. The intern will also help with follow-up communication, basic administrative tasks related to bookings, and maintaining accurate records in line with company procedures.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in Travel Consulting and Travel Management to understand client needs and recommend suitable packages.
- Ability to handle Travel Arrangements and Reservations, including itineraries, bookings, and documentation.
- Effective Customer Service skills, with a focus on clear communication, active listening, and problem-solving.
- Good verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Attention to detail and basic proficiency with office and booking software tools.
- Ability to work on-site in Pitampura and collaborate with team members in a fast-paced environment.
- Interest in the travel industry; prior internship or academic background in tourism, hospitality, or related fields is an advantage.
- Willingness to learn, adapt to changing client requirements, and maintain a professional, customer-centric approach.
